Red Bloom is a movement creating change by weaving together health, education, innovation, and advocacy so that every girl blooms.

Why We Exist

What if you had to miss school or work because you didn’t have menstrual supplies? What if no one ever taught you about menstruation or, worse, made you feel ashamed? This is Period Poverty. And it affects more than 500 million women and girls worldwide.

Health & Well-being

Dignity starts with care. Our programs ensure girls have the knowledge, support, and resources to manage their health with confidence.

  • Regular Health Screenings for menstrual and general well-being, with referrals to trusted clinics.
  • Herbal & Nutrition Gardens growing aloe vera, ginger, and vegetables, blending traditional wisdom with modern health.
  • Protective Liners & Comfort Solutions to reduce the fear of stains and support period-friendly uniforms.
  • Mental Health Support through safe spaces, peer circles, and trauma-informed mentorship.
